1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day
- Order Changes: Contact [email protected] within 1 hour of purchase for modifications
Production Notice
Some made-to-order items may require additional 3-5 business days before shipping. This will be clearly noted on product pages.

3. International Shipping
- Customs Fees: Customer responsibility; we declare full value
- Prohibited Countries: Currently unavailable to Cuba, Iran, Syria
- Local Partners: EU/UK orders ship from our Dublin warehouse to avoid customs delays
4. Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking numbers emailed within 24 hours of shipment
- Signature required for orders over $200
- Carrier attempts delivery 3 times before return

- Delivery dates are estimates not guarantees
- Extreme weather/events may cause delays
- Incorrect addresses incur $5 reprocessing fee
5. Lost/Damaged Packages
Contact us within 14 days of expected delivery with:
- Order number
- Carrier tracking screenshot
- Photos of damaged items (if applicable)
