1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Timeframe: Request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • With original tags attached
    • In original packaging with all protective covers
  • Authorization: Pre-approval required – contact support before returning

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (marked “non-returnable” at checkout)
  • Custom-made or altered products
  • Items without proof of purchase

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Support: Email [email protected] with:
    • Order number
    • Product photos showing condition and tags
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 business hours with:
    • Return authorization number (RMA)
    • Prepaid return label (if eligible)
  3. Ship Back: Package must be postmarked within 5 days of approval

3. Refund Details

4. Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges by:

  1. Returning the original item following standard process
  2. Placing a new order for the desired size

Note: Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly.

5. Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of damaged areas
  • Packaging photos
  • Order number visible in images
