1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Timeframe: Request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Condition: Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging with all protective covers
- Authorization: Pre-approval required – contact support before returning
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked “non-returnable” at checkout)
- Custom-made or altered products
- Items without proof of purchase
2. Return Process
- Contact Support: Email [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Product photos showing condition and tags
- Reason for return
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 business hours with:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Prepaid return label (if eligible)
- Ship Back: Package must be postmarked within 5 days of approval
3. Refund Details

4. Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges by:
- Returning the original item following standard process
- Placing a new order for the desired size

5. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of damaged areas
- Packaging photos
- Order number visible in images
