LioraTops Terms of Service

Effective: June 2025

1. Account Responsibilities

• You must be ≥16 years old to create an account
• Providing false information may result in order cancellation
• Keep login credentials confidential – you’re responsible for all account activity

2. Order Conditions

• All orders are subject to availability
• We reserve right to:
  • Limit quantities per household
  • Cancel orders for pricing errors (with full refund)
  • Refuse service to suspected resellers
• Customs/duties are customer’s responsibility

3. Product Information

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
• Measurements have ±0.5″ tolerance
• Model stats are provided for reference only (e.g., “Model is 5’9″ wearing Size S”)

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots/scrapers to extract product data
• Attempt returns of non-LioraTops merchandise
• Initiate chargebacks without contacting support first

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and product imagery are owned by LioraTops
• Personal use photography allowed with credit (@LioraTops)
• Commercial use requires written permission

6. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: California, USA
• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (AAA Rules)
• Class action waivers apply

7. Policy Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
